We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 3 days  of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used software, license keys, and downloadable digital products.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items.
  • Personal care electronics or hygiene-related items, once opened.
  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–10 business days] to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

  3. Pack the item securely with proof of purchase and ship it to the address provided by our team.

7. Warranty Claims

Products sold by Tavin Electronics may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or service under the manufacturer’s terms. Please contact us for assistance with warranty claims.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after [10 business days]:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take time.
